Position
We have an immediate opening for a Client Services Coordinator: This is a full-time position
Location:
- Primarily work from home
- Primarily via email, phone and zoom when working with clients. There might be a scenario where a meeting or training is done at client site
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
- Emergency support might be required on weekends or evenings in a remote manner
- Start Date: Immediate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to client interaction for:
- Training – TixHub provides ongoing training to our clients for staff changeover, refresher and new features. This training is offered via zoom and in some cases in person
- Customer Service – aiding in all areas of TixHub as required by our clients
- Product demo to internal and potential clients
- Customer Support – trouble shooting and assisting in solving the immediate needs of a customer in a timely manner
Please note: On job TixHub training will be provided to the selected candidate to fulfil the above system related responsibilities till a comfort level is established.
Typical daily stsk would be as follows:
- Monitor TixHub support number for any requests coming on the same
- Check emails, get requirements from client if they are not clear.
- Communicate to the development team client needs, timelines etc.
- Document everything in Support tracking system
- Open support tracking system and manage new and existing support requests.
- Service client training needs; schedule and run the sessions if needed
- If there is any new industry standards or best practices from work flow perspective then update TixHub Training materials with the information
- Sit in production development sessions that PD team might have with the client, these are zoom sessions between usually myself and the client team
- Once the above is streamlined and new team member is comfortable, we might start doing some email marketing to potential leads. However, for now, the focus is existing client relations management
