With over 30 years of service, we are a community-based agency providing out-of home treatment and care to children and youth 6 - 18 year old that have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, other neurodevelopmental disorders, and concurrent disorders.

We respect the unique needs of every child and youth we serve and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a collaborative team approach with parents, families, teachers, social workers, and other professionals. Through applied behavioral analysis, life skills training, communication development, social interaction, and community integration, we aim to encourage self-sufficiency, independence, and choice in the lives of the children and families we serve.

D.L.C. is increasing our staffing complements and we currently have Part Time CYW positions available in some of our Scarborough locations.

Responsibilities:

Qualification Requirements

Please note, successful candidates will be required to provide satisfactory clearance prior to employment in the following: a Broad Record Police Check; a Child Welfare Check from the Children's Aid Society; a pre-employment health review; educational credential verification, and 2 references.

Hours of Work and Rate of Pay: A schedule is typically issued by the 15th of each month for the entirety of the following month.

Part time CYW staff must be available to be scheduled at least:
