One on one weekday care and guidance of a female teen with FASD.

Criminal record check and children’s intervention check required.
Duties:
- Provide guidance and support of a youth in her personal, social, and academic development.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for her to learn and grow.
- Monitor and supervise her during activities to ensure her safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and team to provide updates on her progress.
Skills that would be an asset:
- Experience working with neurodiverse children or youth in an educational or recreational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with youth, coworkers and parents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
