Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to manage time effectively while handling various cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools for carpet cleaning, ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move furniture and other items in preparation for cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to custodial standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the cleaning process.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring carpets are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled time frames while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as required, including basic repairs or upkeep of equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpet cleaning.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Carpet cleaning with hot water extraction or VLM: 1 year (preferred)
