We are looking for an experienced and motivated Flooring Installer to join our team. This role involves installing a variety of floor coverings including hardwood, carpet, and vinyl. Whether you're seeking subcontract work or a full-time position, we offer flexible options for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and level surfaces for installation
- Measure and cut flooring materials with precision
- Install hardwood, carpet, and vinyl flooring efficiently and professionally
- Remove existing flooring when required
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Represent the company with professionalism on every job
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract (required)
- Able to pass a criminal record check (required)
- Proven experience in flooring installation (required)
- Must be physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be neat in appearance and wearing proper work attire
Additional Information:
- Sub-contractors must supply their own tools and transportation
- Hourly employees will be provided with a company vehicle and tools
