Overview:

The role is focused on supporting the Content team leader with the project management of large-scale thought leadership-based 'hero' campaigns. The role will include project tracking, supplier management, creation of derivative campaign assets and toolkits for the KPMG member firms to activate. The candidate will work with Solution and Capability marketers to build a distinct and valued campaign in each case.
The role requires the ability to work closely with and in support of Advisory marketers and global and Member Firm marketing and communications teams, subject matter experts, and key third parties.
What you will do:
- Create, manage, and develop global content (such as hero, hub, and heartbeat pieces) for marketing campaigns that will be adopted by the network and support global events, ensuring the execution of marketing strategies and alignment with broader organisational goals
- Assist in the development of client-facing marketing materials, including sales enablement materials, social media posts, infographics, videos, and other digital assets
- Support day-to-day coordination between internal teams and also with external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout all stages of project execution. This includes developing project timelines, tracking progress, and facilitating meetings to address any issues or roadblocks that arise
- Build connections across departments and member firms to enhance global marketing programmes and promote knowledge sharing, ensuring best practices are shared across the global organisation
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement global programmes and develop industry- or function specific content or events
- Track campaign metrics and performance against KPIs, contributing to regular reporting on campaign outcomes and stakeholder updates
- Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
What you bring to this role:
- Proven knowledge and skills in marketing, communications, or business practices with 4-5 years of relevant experience, showcasing a strong understanding of industry trends, strategies, and project management execution
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster effective collaboration
- Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and use insights to drive marketing success
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and adapting to global challenges
- Flexibility to work hours typical of a global role, including connecting with colleagues in different time zones
