About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to sell coffee stations to businesses and uncover new sales opportunities. This role involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with offices, retailers, and commercial clients—both virtually and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local businesses in person to identify and generate new sales leads
- Cold call, email, and network to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos for potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Close deals and coordinate smooth onboarding
- Track activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Stay informed on competitors and market trends
- Support marketing campaigns and attend industry events as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable visiting businesses and cold walking to generate leads
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- CRM experience is a plus
- Passion for coffee is a bonus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
