Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Franchise Support
- Support and manage inbound/outbound franchise inquiries
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of franchise documents including Franchise Agreements and LOIs
- Coordinate with the franchise consulting team on franchisee onboarding, vetting, and deal progression
- Support real estate and location development efforts, including:
- Coordinating site visits
- Communicating with landlords and brokers
- Organizing location reports and lease negotiations
- Track and update pipeline of franchise leads and expansion status
- Support in deal structuring, pitch presentations, and negotiation coordination
- Represent Accencis Group at franchise expos and industry events
Administrative & Executive Assistant Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Attend internal and client-facing meetings; take and distribute accurate minutes
- Organize travel, events, and logistics for executives and team members
- Ensure all client communications and documents are professional, timely, and well-organized
- Act as a professional, presentable point-of-contact for franchisees, landlords, consultants, and vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in business development, franchising, real estate, or executive support
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with external stakeholders and clients at all levels
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Excel, and CRM tools
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Bonus: Experience with franchise operations, commercial real estate, or legal documentation

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
