Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via:
- Phone
- Live chat (Pure Chat)
- Walk-in visits
- Register students for classes using Amilia software
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices and payment receipts
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate with parents as needed
- Coordinate with school staff and instructors regarding new classes, class availability, and demand
- Organize and schedule paid trial sessions
- Conduct outreach to former students for feedback, testimonials, and class promotions
- Record and maintain marketing notes and transfer data from past call logs
- Monitor student attendance and track instructors’ working hours
- Collaborate with the executive and also marketing team to achieve business goals
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Approximately 110 hours per month
- Full-time during summer camps (July and August)
Qualifications:
- BA or Diploma in Business administration, Administrative Assistance or a related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or coordinator role is an asset
- High proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Police background check required before the start date of hiring
- First Aid Certification preferred
