Position: Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant

Must have: Own transport. Minimum 3yrs of experience with hands on Quickbooks desktop, as well as solid communication, technology and analytical abilities.
Job Description:
Looking for a Competent and Skilled book keeper with Expert knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop. Administrative Assistant to Sales Manager performing the following or similar duties: writing and processing orders, updating customers on pick up schedule and dates, arranging samples and couriers, supporting A/R and A/P follow up requests, preparing estimates, quotations, invoices and purchase orders.
Job involves bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, credit cards transaction tracking and reconciliation, working on advanced excel reports and coordinating with Controller on multi companies reporting.
No Candidate with retail experiences please.
