Backcountry Host

As a Backcountry Host at Banff Trail Riders, you'll have the unique opportunity to live and work in stunning, remote lodges located 16 and 30 kilometers from Banff. Your days will involve preparing delicious meals for guests arriving and departing on horseback, maintaining a clean and welcoming lodge, and managing supplies. You'll also have the chance to explore the wilderness on horseback, as vehicle access is limited. While horseback riding experience is preferred, it's not a strict requirement. What's most important is your passion for the outdoors, your culinary skills, and your ability to thrive in a remote, self-sufficient environment.
