A new restaurant with an innovative & exciting cocktail program and a bold chef-curated menu has come to South Granville.
We are searching for a Head Host to lead in a hospitality focused environment!
Position Summary:
Our team plans to deliver high standard, friendly and efficient service, in line with our next level guest experience standards.
- Able to work efficiently with a team or alone
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly, hospitable & professional personality.
- Answering the phone/Managing reservations, updating profile notes and ensuring a positive experience. Proficient on our reservation system.
- Performing the opening and closing procedures at host area.
- Maintaining and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the space.
- Helping with glassware/cutlery polishing
- Resetting tables
- Good working knowledge of our menu and able to run food/drinks if required
- Experience: prior experience in a high volume restaurant.
- Friendly, professional personality with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Must have the ability to work nights, and weekends.
- Must be punctual and reliable..
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.
- Customer service focus and quality orientated.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- High energy.
