Duties

- Interact with customers to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to service operations.
- Promote upselling of services and products to maximize revenue while maintaining customer trust.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies for service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service area.
- Maintain an organized environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly preferred.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience, particularly in automotive services, is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and technologies.
- Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities.
