Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Receptionist and Automotive Lead Follow-Up Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk service, promoting our automotive services, and effectively following up on leads to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing general information about our automotive services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
Actively promote our automotive services to customers and potential leads, highlighting key features, benefits, and current promotions.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Utilize a CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring timely and personalized follow-up.
Initiate outbound calls and emails to follow up with leads, address their inquiries, and provide additional information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through regular communication, providing updates and addressing their automotive service needs.
Schedule appointments for interested leads and coordinate with the appropriate service team members.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide them with relevant lead information and ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update customer profiles in the CRM system.
Continuously collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies.
Stay up-to-date with our automotive services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with leads and address their inquiries.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills specific to the automotive industry.
