Northlands College is seeking a dynamic, community-focused leader to serve as the Associate Vice-President (AVP), Corporate, People & Culture. This position is located in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan.
ABOUT NORTHLANDS COLLEGE
Northlands College provides courses and programs in several campuses across northern Saskatchewan. Each campus offers specific programs and courses, with many programs offered in multiple locations.
Northlands College is unique in that it crosses multiple boundaries, unlike most other organizations, as we operate in communities whose populations are mostly comprised of people who identify as Métis, Dene, or Cree. We are the only educational institution offering post-secondary education that has its administrative offices located in northern Saskatchewan, which helps to create employment and, in turn, aids the economy of this region.
At Northlands College, we provide high-quality education and training programs and services that meet the development and employment needs of Northerners, enhance the social and economic conditions, prepare Northerners to participate in the labour market, and help industry meet its labour force needs. The College fosters unique experiences in delivery methods, learner support, and partnerships. We acknowledge and empower cultural diversity, and we develop and implement innovative opportunities while responding to changing environments.
