We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. Duties

- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and address any customer concerns related to food.
- Assist in meal preparation as needed, demonstrating cooking skills and techniques to the team.
