Summary
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Brick Labs Inc. This role is pivotal in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting learning and imaginative play through bricks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained.
- Support training development initiatives for staff to enhance performance.
- Manage services and scheduling systems
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Help develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in education/entertainment management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training development or staff mentoring is preferred.
- Sales management experience is an asset; multilingual abilities are a plus.
