Position Title: Alternative Suspension Child & Youth Behavior Specialist (Temporary)

Location: Redcliff

Reports To: Director of Community Programs

Pay Grid: $20.00-$23.00.

Department: Community

Hours: 37.5 hrs. / week

What does this role look like at the YMCA of Southeastern Alberta?

Under the supervision of the Director of Community Programs, the Alternative Suspension Behavior Specialist provides support to children/youth while they attend our Alternative Suspension program. This program offers support to high school students, who, for various reasons, have been suspended from school. This program runs during the school year for 10 months, during the summer 2 months this position will work in our Camp Jude licensed day camp for school-aged children. Located in Redcliff will need to travel to rural sites regularly
