We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative & Client Support Coordinator to join our team. This role combines administrative efficiency with client-facing support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative :
- Collect and organize client documents.
- Maintain client folders in Google Drive.
- Schedule meetings with clients and loan officers.
- Manage email follow-ups and reminders.
- Keep financial trackers up to date (loan status, repayment schedules).
Client Support:
- Respond to new inquiries via email, phone, or social media.
- Guide clients through intake questionnaires and checklists.
- Follow up on missing documents and ensure timely submissions.
- Update CRM system with client information and progress.
- Assist with drafting simple business plan sections (e.g., company bios, descriptions).
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or client support is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
