Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Site Manager you will have the opportunity to assist management with recruitment, taking minutes at several committees, assisting with day-to-day operations and queries from Staff. You will contribute to supporting rural acute care team as well as the site at the Lacombe Hospital. To be successful you will have excellent communication, strong interpersonal, and exceptional organization skills, with the ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize workload. MS Office, AHS systems knowledge and skills will be essential to the role.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (i.e., course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Knowledge and operations of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in customer service including strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with MS Office, and other IT platforms relevant to the position. Must be able to multi-task in a busy and fast paced environment. Ability to work independently but also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively.
