Your Opportunity:
The Administrative Support IV (ASIV) is a multi-skilled position that supports the Site Manager for Peace River Community Health Centre. Working under minimal guidance and direction, the ASIV utilizes enhanced skills to perform varied and specialized duties for operational support, information management and reporting, staff scheduling and payroll, financial activities, and human resources support. The ASIV acts as a liaison between the Site Manager and facility departments, staff and visitors. They use enhanced problem solving and decision-making skills to solve a range of problems with discretion to vary from established procedures. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Five years progressively more responsible administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AHS Staff Scheduling, Timekeeping and Recruitment (RMS) are an asset.
