We are searching for Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to WD Swim School students and parents, prospective students and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk Support
- Greet students, parents, and guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Introduce the class information to customers.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance
- Check in students for classes, provide facility tours, and assist with new student enrollment
- Keep families informed about class schedules, updates, and upcoming events
- Address member questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely, solution-focused manner
Administrative Duties
- Process transactions for merchandise and beverages through the point-of-sale system
- Maintain and update member accounts using internal systems, including class changes, billing inquiries, and enrollment updates
- Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- College diploma equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
- Language proficiency in English
Physical Demands/Requirements:
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
