PERFORM A WIDE RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS INCLUDING:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications from clients and underwriters
- Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records
- Prepare and edit documents including memos, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Process customer payments
- Processing changes to customer policies
- Uploading policies on company websites and making changes to it.
- Process renewals
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ARE ESSENTIAL.
PREVIOUS INSURANCE EXPERIANCE IS AN ASSET
