We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth office operations and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate appointments and technician schedules
- Maintain and update client databases and records
- Provide administrative support to field technicians and the operations team
- Process requests, prepare reports, and handle office documentation
- Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and maintain office order
- Assist with invoicing, ordering supplies, and other operational tasks
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a problem-solver
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely if needed
- Driver’s license and personal vehicle are a plus but not required
