Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Channel-Port aux Basques operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be able to independently manage tasks efficiently. This role involves providing administrative support to the exploration team.
Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Utilise Company software for financial record keeping and invoicing.
- Provide administrative support to exploration department as needed.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer relationships.
Skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a strong understanding of office procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in using various computer software applications such as Microsoft Office packages.
