Overview
STC Warehousing and Distribution Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a background in financial services.
Duties
- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct account analysis and reconcile discrepancies
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and reporting
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Review and audit financial records
- Filing financial records
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Experience with accounts receivable processes an asset
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication
