Accounts Payable Representative / AP Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Representative to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of incoming invoices daily, including: Expense invoices and Purchase Order invoices with 3-way match
- Monitor and manage accounts payable email inbox (approximately 50+ emails/day via Gmail)
- Enter and maintain vendor invoices and payments in NetSuite ERP system
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice and payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience (preferably in a high-volume environment)
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Familiarity with 3-way matching process
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas (experience with large reconciliations is a plus)
- Comfortable managing a high volume of emails and multitasking effectively
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated hourly range is $24.00 – $26.00 per hour + bonus 1% eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
