Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator (Edmonton) who is responsible to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and maintain organized financial records for the company. This position is Monday – Friday 7:30-4:00

- Performs a 3-way match of inventory purchases
- Process invoices, ensuring proper approvals, and payment deadlines
- Executes cheque runs and match backup for those cheques
- Reviews all incoming requests, responds, and follow-ups as appropriate
- Works cross functionally with purchasing and receiving teams to resolve 3-way match issues
- Reconciles vendor account statements, resolves credit balances and/or variances
- Files and maintains documentation related to Accounts Payable
- Perform various additional duties, as required
- Must be able to commute to office location reliably and consistently
- Ability to learn and adapt (coachable / receptive to new information, processes, and technologies within the role)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong emphasis in Excel)
- Highly Organized to manage the flow of paperwork, invoices, and vendor communications effectively and accurately
- 3-way match experience strongly preferred (verifying invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents)
- Exposure to Karmak Fusion software is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay based on experience: $23.00-$27.00
