About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho ERP Migration Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role focused on leading end-to-end data migration and ERP implementation projects using the Zoho platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho applications, data mapping, and system integrations across various business functions.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from legacy systems into a fully integrated Zoho ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration projects from legacy or third-party systems into Zoho (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, etc.)
- Design and implement ERP workflows, custom modules, automation, and field mapping
- Ensure data integrity and consistency during migration and post-implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Provide ongoing support, training, and optimization recommendations for Zoho users
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or performance issues promptly
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in executing complex data migration and ERP implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of data structures, relational mapping, and system integration best practices
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and workflow automation within the Zoho ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Based in or able to work within a Canadian time zone, ideally Montreal
