WYCKHAM HOUSE FOOD COURT ATTENDANT
The Students’ Association of Mount Royal University (SAMRU) is a medium-sized, student-focused, charitable organization with a mission to represent and serve students. SAMRU is currently seeking a motivated and flexible individual to support the operation of our campus food court.
STATUS: Part time - the successful candidate will work approximately 9:00am-2:00pm Monday through Thursday.
WAGE: $15.50/hr.
TERM: This is a seasonal position ending April 30th, 2026.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Wyckham House food court offers the MRU campus a variety of quick-serve dining options, and is a frequent gathering space for students. The Food Court Attendant is responsible for ensuring that an orderly, inviting and hygienic space is available for students through cleaning and bussing tables as well as facilitating our reusable dish and cutlery program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A great attitude and excellent work ethic
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in the customer service industry
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proven time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset
