We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional tasting experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for serving tastings, wine and ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables, utensils, and condiments and bathrooms.
- Process payments accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or retail sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
