The ideal candidate loves working with guests in one on one settings, has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn the industry/our products, and is a true team player. This position is a sales position paired with offering great customer service.
With a focus on guest experience, the chosen candidate will also be expected to introduce guests to our Bella Terra Wine Club, utilize current sales/promotions, and work with our new and existing team members.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Pour wine tastings and provide recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and sales skills
- Organizational skills
- Smart Serve is required
Existing wine knowledge is preferred but not required.
