Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Window/Door Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation and construction, with the ability to work alone. This role involves working with various hand tools and materials to ensure the proper installation of windows and doors, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetics of our projects. Candidates must have own truck and trailer and tools.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to project specifications and building codes.
- Read and follow installation sheets and requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and fitting materials.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproof installations.
- Restore or repair existing structures as needed during installation processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Window/Door Installer or in a related carpentry role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to installation tasks.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
