Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team!
As a Bartender, you will play a role in providing great service to our guests, making delicious beverages, serving food and drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and bar area.
- Engage with customers, taking food and drink orders, providing recommendations.
- You should be comfortable working by yourself.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards and practices in accordance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but training will also be provided.
- Knowledge for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences is highly valued.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
