Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in various environments. As a Restoration Technician, you will utilize your skills in cleaning, construction, and the use of hand and power tools to restore properties to their pre-damage condition.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and restoration of affected areas following industry standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Assist in the demolition of damaged structures as needed during the restoration process.
- Document the restoration process through detailed reports and photographs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- IICRC WRT Certification is a huge asset
- Must be fully G licensed with a CLEAN driver's abstract.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment, hand tools, and power tools is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations on-site.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Pay: $19.50-$23.50 per hour
