Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic restoration team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates based on documentation from our Project Management team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, speed, and client satisfaction throughout the estimating process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and precise estimates using Xactimate software
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
- Monitor and maintain estimate records in Xactanalysis
- Upload and manage all relevant documentation for Xactimate files
- Communicate with sub-trades, property owners, and insurance contacts to gather required information
- Contribute feedback to improve estimating procedures and accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project coordination
- Knowledge of large loss, residential, and commercial restoration claims
- Proficient in Xactimate software; Level 2 certification or higher is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
