We are now accepting applications for a Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor to be part of our Kamloops team in a full-time, permanent capacity. We are selectively looking for applicants with the right experience and work ethic to fit our company and join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Process Warranty Claims:
Verify claim eligibility, ensure accurate documentation, and submit claims to the manufacturer.
Customer Communication:
Provide updates on claim status, address customer concerns, and resolve issues.
Compliance and Documentation:
Adhere to company policies, maintain accurate records of claims, and ensure all documentation is complete.
Warranty Claims Management:
Oversee the entire claims process, from initial submission to final resolution.
Collaboration:
Work with technicians, other departments, and external vendors to resolve complex warranty issues.
Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor warranty claims data to identify trends and patterns, and prepare reports on findings.
Staying Informed:
Keep up-to-date on factory recalls, bulletins, and changes in warranty policies.
Potential Additional Duties:
Perform administrative tasks, or help with the Service counter and or telephone duties.
Customer Satisfaction:
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that warranty claims are processed efficiently and fairly.
Dealership Profitability:
Optimizing the warranty claims process to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to warranty policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
