Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving are executed accurately and timely. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Duties
- Responsible for organizing, filing, and processing internal company documents.
- Timely entry and updates of the company's internal logistics system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Track shipment information and promptly report any anomalies to the company.
- Maintain close communication with customers and logistics partners, assist in ensuring smooth logistics operations, and report emergencies promptly.
- Occasionally need to lift and carry heavy boxes.
Skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English; conversational French is a plus.
- Proficient in office software, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication and learning abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, with clear logic and multitasking skills.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

【工作时间】：周一-周五：9:30 - 17:00 全职
【薪资待遇】：试用期$20/小时，试用期2个月。转正后时薪为$23/小时 ($45000/year )
