Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our small energetic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the services & receiving process, and ensuring that products and parts are handled and shipped accurately.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and can follow instructions carefully.
This is a Full-time position requiring 32-40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday between 9 am - 5 pm.
Hourly wage: $18.50/hr with the opportunity to earn an additional $2/hr bi-weekly bonus, based on performance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Testing and repairing service units to ensure the customer satisfaction. No experience required, training and materials will be provided.
- Sorting and refurbishing returned products and parts to their original condition for restocking.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment for safety and efficiency.
- Accurately operating order pickers every Friday to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines are crucial.
- Build and assemble pallets for shipment, ensuring proper packing techniques are followed. (Only when necessary)
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling at all times. (Only when necessary)
Qualifications
- MUST possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- MUST NOT have dust or pet hair allergies
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking with the ability to follow instructions accurately are ESSENTIAL
- Excellent physical stamina; ability to lift 20-40 lbs items and stand for extended periods when necessary.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols is required.
- MUST be able to work in Canada legally. (PR, Citizen, Work Visa, 1+ Year other type of visas)
