Your Role: Wall Panel Assembler


We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Wall Panel Assembler to join our production team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately assembling wall panels based on detailed specifications and blueprints. You’ll work with both hand and power tools and collaborate with the team to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble interior and exterior wall panels according to drawings and layout specifications
  • Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fasten materials precisely
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure panels meet industry standards
  • Work closely with your team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all health and safety protocols at all times
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards as needed

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wall panel assembly
  • Ability to read blueprints and layout instructions accurately
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
  • Previous framing or construction experience is an asset
