Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting and the ability to build and restore surfaces to a high standard. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the capability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The Painter will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying caulk as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Restore and build surfaces as required, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Rig equipment safely for high or difficult-to-reach areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential painting or related field.
- Strong skills in caulking, drywall repair, and surface restoration.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
