Your future role
The Project Coordinator VIE will support the Go Expansion Senior Management at Turnkey level on the activities related to Project Management Office.
We’ll look to you for:
- Reporting internal and external KPIs.
- Coordinating transversal internal and external reports.
- Overarching needs for production on plans and procedures.
- Coordinating meetings and diareis and project governance issues across subsytems, partners and customer.
- Develops and maintains details project schedule of regular reportings, following Alstom rules for internal reports and customer requirements for external reports.
- Support Senior Management in managing key information.
- Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes and presentations.
- Follow up tasks and keep their due dates
- Apply analytical skills to compile summary documents, e.g Monthly Progress Report, Management Plans, Project Delivery Reviews. Collect and include contributions of the Team.
The role will support the Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems, Vehicle Suppliers and transversal support functions.

- University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent commercial background
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of railway products and systems

- Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration within a matrix organization
- Excellence in organizational and time management skills
- Being a good listener with strong anticipation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Power BI, Visio, Macro programming languages, and Project Management software
