Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer and Shop Hand. In this position you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting with shop activities and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
Duties:
- Clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces for all new and used vehicles, as well as courtesy washes for service customers
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management
-Assist with other duties in the shop, as required by the manager (e.g., stocking, organizing parts/supplies, housekeeping responsibilities, etc.)
-Help maintain the appearance of the lot, which will include moving vehicles, washing stock units, etc.
- We are looking for an individual that can be a leader, work with a positive attitude and contribute to the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work meticulously
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$26.56 per hour
