Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
Assist with luggage or other guest belongings when required.
Provide clear directions, answer questions, and support guests with local information.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the driveway and parking areas.
Follow company safety policies and procedures when operating vehicles.
Deliver an overall positive, helpful, and professional guest experience.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required.
