We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant to join our Front Services team!
Areas of Valet Responsibility:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests using their name when possible, anticipate and address guests; service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Supply guests with directions.
- Arrange transportation (e.g. taxi cab) for guests/visitors.
- Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval when required.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Compliance with all safety regulations and assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid G Class license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to multi-task and organize time effectively and efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working outside is all weather conditions.
- Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand and walk for an extended period of time or for the entire shift.
- Move over sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
