Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our dealership's used car sales department. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to not only manage day-to-day operations but also help shape the future of a growing business—with the potential for partial or full ownership. The owner's are getting older and are looking for the right person to take over this successful dealership that been in business since 1988.
Responsibilities
- Handle used car sales from start to finish—customer walk-ins, online leads, financing, and closing deals
- Source and acquire quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, wholesalers, and private sellers
- Manage and price inventory to stay competitive and profitable
- Train and motivate a small sales staff (or wear multiple hats if you're solo to start)
- Maintain great relationships with our loyal customers and earn new ones
- Help set and reach monthly sales goals
- Contribute to marketing efforts (online listings, social media, etc.)
- Work closely with ownership on overall business operations and future planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in auto sales (used car experience is a big plus) Or someone charismatic and can easily learn the business.
- Knowledge of vehicle sourcing, appraisals, and inventory management
- Comfortable with customers, sales negotiations, and closing deals
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Someone who wants to grow with us—not just take a job
- Interest in possible ownership or partnership down the road

Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per year
