Lead-Generating Used Auto Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with management to help grow the business while keeping company values in mind.
- Structure and finalize finance deals that comply with lender and dealership guidelines
- Actively generate finance leads through online marketing, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Build relationships with lenders to expand approval opportunities
- Maximize backend profit through warranty and aftermarket product sales
- Guide customers through credit applications and the financing process
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Track and analyze lead conversion and F&I performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive finance, particularly used vehicles
- Strong understanding of subprime lending and credit-building programs
- Team player (literally) who can not only talk, but listen
- VSA Licensed
- Self-starter with a drive for lead generation and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, ethical, and tech-savvy (CRM/F&I software proficiency)
- Other language skills valuable but not necessary
