SHIFTS/HOURS: Monday-Friday
9:00AM-3:00PM
RATE OF PAY: Start 1295hrs 2590hrs
$27.03 $27.39 $27.68
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with medical and therapy appointment bookings and demonstrated ability to manage multiple phone lines preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication/organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, conflicting demands.
- Good attendance record.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing workplace demands.
- Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality.
