Turf Maintenance – Kirby Links Golf Course
Kirby Links Golf Course is seeking dedicated Turf Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. Successful candidates will be part of a team preparing and maintaining the golf course, ensuring the highest standards of playability and aesthetics.
Golf course experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating small and large turf mowing equipment
- Changing holes every other day
- Using line trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers
- Performing landscape tasks such as shovelling, raking, weeding sand traps, and watering turf
- Following all safety guidelines and training, in all weather conditions
- Cleaning mowers, reels, and maintain a clean workspace
- You may be asked to perform other job tasks
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Can work efficiently with a sense of urgency
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding, and enjoyable work environment
Compensation & Schedule:
- Position Type: Seasonal (August 20 – November 10).
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
