Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Evolve Tours. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by assisting with trip planning, customer inquiries, and promoting our travel programs. Your contributions will help us provide exceptional experiences for students and educators alike.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of school trips and travel itineraries.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Support the sales team in promoting travel packages to schools and organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and trip details.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during trip preparations.
- Help develop promotional materials to attract potential clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A passion for travel and working with youth is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
